Review | Tarte Big Blush Book 3 (Holiday 2017)

If I'm correct Tarte was the first brand this year to release a holiday product, and it was the Big Blush Book 3. I bought it on the day it was released - August 24 - and I received it almost two weeks later. I've been testing this palette for a while and I have a solid opinion to share with you.
