Huge Holiday 2017 Makeup Haul (Makeup Holiday Gift Ideas)

It's that time of the year! The time that our wallets cry because we start to buy limited edition stuff for the holidays - makeup palettes, lipstick sets, skincare sets, hair dryers, mask sets, perfumes, vaults... whatever it be! I love browsing through the websites and see what new holiday products are available, it's so fun but also so bad for my bank account because I end up buying something. So in the begging of this month I did a lot of shopping online and I have plenty of stuff to show you today - the majority of the products that I bought were mentioned in the post called "Holiday 2017: What I'm Going To Buy", and some others that I forgot to mention there. Finalmente chegou a minha parte favorita do ano! A parte em que as nossas carteiras choram porque começamos a comprar produtos de edição limitada do Natal - paletas de maquilhagem, kits de batons, kits de produtos de cuidados da pele, secadores do cabelo, kits de máscaras, perfumes, vaults... o que seja! Eu adoro navegar nos websites e ver que produtos novos de Natal estão lá disponíveis, é tão divertido mas também é muito mau para a minha conta bancária porque eu acabo sempre por comprar alguma coisa. No início deste mês fiz muitas comprinhas online e tenho um monte de coisas para te mostrar hoje - a maioria dos produtos que comprei foram mencionados na publicação "Holiday 2017 - What I'm Going To Buy", e outros produtos são os que me esqueci de mencionar nessa publicação. The Lipstick Set You Need To Buy On Autumn

It's so cold outside and the weather is horrible. I just want to snuggle in bed watching TV and eat a lot, but instead I'm behind a counter attending clients (I'm a receptionist). Very fun! Well, as work is very calm today I really want to take advantage of this precious time to write a post for you.
A couple of weeks ago I shoved my bright lipsticks into a drawer and pulled out all the dark nudes, berries, reddish browns and vampy lipsticks to start wearing them as the weather is asking for it. Since then I've been wearing some lipsticks that I had forgotten about, I rediscovered old favorites and... I fell in love with a lipstick set that is perfect for Autumn and I think everyone should buy!

Está tanto frio lá fora e o tempo está horrível. Só quero enroscar-me na minha caminha a ver televisão e a comer, mas em vez disso estou atrás de um balcão a atender clientes (sou recepcionista). Muito divertido! Enfim, como o trabalho está muito calmo hoje eu quero mesmo aproveitar este tempinho para escrever uma publicação para ti.
Há duas semanas atrás eu enfiei os meus batons de cores garridas numa gaveta e tirei para fora todos os batons nudes escuros, de cor de cereja, vermelhos acastanhados e alguns vampy para começar a utilizá-los já que o tempo está a pedir. Desde aí que tenho utilizado alguns batons que já nem me lembrava que os tinha, descobri antigos favoritos e... apaixonei-me por um kit de batons que é perfeito para o Outono e que eu acho que toda a gente deveria comprar!

Makeup Products I Bought Recently

I spend so much money on makeup every month! Really, my salary isn't big and I should save money for things that I really need, but what can I say? I'm a makeup lover and I love getting new products, it's my therapy! Anyway, in the middle of September I decided that I will make an effort and go on a spending ban until November, but I caved and bought some things. I'm a little mad at myself, but I needed a new brow pencil because mine finished, and as I bought it online I needed to buy something else for the shipping cost to be worth it. Last week I went to a doctors appointment with my bf and I passed by the makeup store and saw some things that I really wanted that were out of stock for months... damn addiction! But in my point of view the damage wasn't that bad - these were all the products that I bought during this month and a half. I think little by little I will control myself better. Well, now let's stop with the rambling and let me show you the makeup products that I bought recently!

Eu gasto tanto dinheiro em maquilhagem todos os meses que nem fazes ideia. A sério, o meu salário é pequeno e eu devia estar a poupar dinheiro para coisas mais necessárias e principalmente para o meu futuro, mas o que é que posso dizer? Sou doida por maquilhagem e adoro comprar produtos novos, é a minha terapia! Enfim, a meio do mês de setembro eu decidi que não ia comprar mais maquilhagem até novembro (depois começam os lançamentos de natal na Sephora e tal, é impossível poupar alguma coisa), mas infelizmente não consegui aguentar e comprei algumas coisinhas. Estou um bocadinho triste comigo, mas o meu lápis de sobrancelhas acabou e precisava de comprar um novo, tive que comprar online e para que o preço dos portes valesse a pena tive de comprar mais umas coisinhas. Na semana passada fui a uma consulta médica com o meu namorado e passei pela loja de maquilhagem e vi uns produtos que eu queria muito que estiveram esgotados durante meses... maldito vício! Mas no meu ponto de vista o estrago não foi muito mau - estes foram os únicos produtos que comprei durante este mês e meio. Eu acho que aos poucos vou conseguir controlar-me melhor. Bem, agora vou-me deixar de conversas e vou mostrar-te os produtos de maquilhagem que comprei recentemente!

I have to control myself because obviously being a makeup addict I want to have every single product that came out ahaha, but my bank account don't let me! Four Eyeshadow Palettes For Autumn

I have 100% sure that Autumn has arrived because I'm wearing a coat. I'm so sad, I love wearing sandals, dresses and t-shirts and now is time to reach for jeans, sweaters, boots and all that autumnal stuff. The evenings are gettin darker and colder and the rain is coming. Please Summer come back! I already miss going to the pool and swimming. Let me stop with this rambling because it's not going to bring Summer back, I need to accept that Autumn is here lol. There is actually one thing that I really enjoy about Autumn, but it's the only one - switching my makeup. Although I don't switch my entire makeup routine, two things that I change are the lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes. Eu tenho 100% de certeza que o Outono chegou porque hoje vesti um casaco. Estou tão triste, adoro usar sandálias, vestidos e t-shirts e agora chegou a altura de vestir calças de ganga, sweaters, botas e essas coisas muito outonais. As tardes estão a ficar escuras e frias e a chuva está a caminho. Por favor Verão volta! Já tenho saudades de ir para a praia e nadar. É melhor parar porque reclamar não vai fazer com que o Verão volte, tenho que aceitar que o Outono chegou ahaha. Por incrível que pareça existe uma coisa que eu gosto acerca do Outono, mas é a única - mudar a minha rotina de maquilhagem. Embora eu não a mude por completo, duas coisas que mudo sempre são os batons e as paletas de sombras. What I Got For My Birthday

Last Wednesday (September 27th) was my birthday, I turned 20! Time really flies by. Where I work they give the day off when it's our birthday so I stayed at home and slept until 12pm (I love sleeping!), and then I got dressed, did my makeup and went for a walk with my boyfriend and at night I went dinner at a nice restaurant with my parents and my boyfriend. It was a nice day! I got awesome gifts that I'm so grateful for and I really want to share them with you - please don't think I'm trying to brag about what I received because I'm not, I just love to see other bloggers doing this kinds of posts and I wanted to do one too. Na passada quarta-feira (27 de setembro) foi o meu aniversário, fiz 20 anos! O tempo realmente passa depressa. Onde eu trabalho a minha chefe dá o dia para ficarmos em casa quando é o nosso aniversário, por isso fiquei em casa e dormi até ao meio dia (adoro dormir!), depois vesti-me, maquilhei-me, fui dar um passeio com o meu namorado e à noite fui jantar a um bom restaurante com os meus pais e com o meu namorado. Foi um bom dia! Recebi presentes espetaculares (estou muito grata por os ter recebido) e quero mesmo mostrar-te todos eles - por favor não penses que estou a tentar gabar-me pelos presentes que recebi porque não estou, apenas adoro ver outras bloggers a fazerem este tipo de publicações e eu queria fazer uma também. Tarte Cosmetics Holiday 2017 Collection Just Launched!

WOW! This year the holiday collections are coming out too early - we just started September, it's still Summer! First Tarte came out with their third volume of the Big Blush Book on August 24th (still available), and today they surprised everyone by launching some products of their Holiday 2017 collection! Let's Talk About New Makeup Releases #1

Hi beauty! My blog schedule is so messy right now, these last weeks have been crazy and I haven't had much time to post, but I'm trying my best so please bare with me! I feel like the month of August this year has been (until now) THE MONTH of new releases in the beauty industry, as well as sneak peeks - so many brands are giving us little previews of products they are going to release in the following months, so exciting! The only problem is that everything is coming out at the same time and our wallets will be crying until next year ahaha. With all these new stuff coming out I decided to show you some of the most popular new products at the moment and tell you what I think about them. Let's chat!

Olá beauty! Ultimamente não tenho publicado nada nos dias que é costume porque estas últimas semanas tem sido completamente doidas e eu não tenho tido muito tempo para escrever, mas estou a tentar o meu melhor por isso continua a estar atenta ao blog! Eu acho que o mês de agosto este ano tem sido (até agora) O MÊS de novos lançamentos na indústria de beleza, bem como as sneak peeks - imensas marcas estão a dar-nos pequenas previews de produtos que vão lançar nos próximos meses, tão entusiasmante! O único problema é que está tudo a ser lançado ao mesmo tempo e as nossas carteiras vão ficar a chorar até ao próximo ano ahaha. My First Tarte Cosmetics Haul

I've been seeing Bloggers, YouTubers and Instagrammers talking about Tarte for years now, everyone seems to love their products, one in particular that was soooooo talked about - the Shape Tape concealer. Also the Amazonian Clay Blush in the shade Exposed was very popular last year if I'm correct, and many more of their products are well loved. So of course I wanted to try some products from Tarte, but in Portugal we don't have access to the brand and it's really hard to buy their products. Last month I discovered that Tarte's website ships internationally and the orders don't stay in customs (here in Portugal), the only thing I have to pay is the shipping and some taxes and that way I could have my products without paying anything extra to release them from customs. After knowing about that, I was so freakin happy and decided to order some products. I bought mostly sets/kits (everyone who knows me knows that I'm obsessed with kits/sets, I love them because that way I can try more products for an awesome price) and only one full size product. They were having free international shipping in orders above 70€, I had free shipping, and I also had a 15% discount as it was the first time I was placing an order on their website YEY! And I only paid 14€ of taxes. I had a tracking number to follow my order, and in two weeks it arrived! 

FOR MY PORTUGUESE GIRLS - if you want to buy Tarte products place an order on their website, especially when they have free international shipping, that way you can save some money and you don't need to worry about customs and anything else!

Eu tenho visto Bloggers, YouTubers e Instagrammers a falarem sobre a marca Tarte à imenso tempo, toda a gente parece adorar os produtos deles, um em particular que foi tããããããããããão falado - o corretor Shape Tape. Também o Amazonian Clay Blush na cor Exposed foi bastante popular o ano passado se não estou em erro, e muitos mais produtos da marca são bastante adorados. Por isso é óbvio que eu queria experimentar alguns produtos da Tarte, mas em Portugal nós não temos acesso à marca e é muito difícil comprar os produtos deles. O mês passado descobri que o site da Tarte envia encomendas internacionalmente e que as encomendas não ficam paradas na alfândega (aqui em Portugal), a única coisa que tinha que fazer era pagar os portes e algumas taxas, e assim eu podia ter os meus produtos sem ter que pagar alguma coisa extra para os tirar da alfândega. Depois de saber isto fiquei tão feliz e decidi fazer uma encomenda. Eu comprei praticamente kits (toda a gente que me conhece sabe que eu sou obcecada por kits, adoro-os porque assim posso experimentar mais produtos por um preço espetacular) e apenas um produto em tamanho grande. Eles estavam a ter portes grátis acima de 70€ internacionalmente, eu tive direito a portes grátis, e também tive um desconto de 15% por ser a primeira vez que estava a fazer uma encomenda no site da Tarte YEEEES! E paguei apenas 14€ de taxas. Tive um código de rastreio para ver onde é que a minha encomenda andava, e em duas semanas os meus produtinhos chegaram!

PARA AS MINHAS AMIGAS PORTUGUESAS - se queres comprar produtos da Tarte faz uma encomenda no site deles, especialmente quando estiverem a ter portes grátis internacionalmente, assim podes poupar algum dinheiro e não precisas de te preocupar com a alfândega!

The Only Makeup Product That I've Repurchased Three Times

I'm the type of person that never finishes a product, I get scared because if I finish it I have to spend money on it again and I have to wait for it to arrive because 99% of my makeup products I bought online (lol I'm weird I know), so I always try my best to make the product last. But lately I've been doing an effort to use the products until the end, and if I have to repurchase them, I will yey!!. Can you believe that in these past months I have repurchased a product three times?

Eu sou o tipo de pessoa que nunca acaba um produto, fico com medo porque se acabar tenho que gastar dinheiro nele outra vez e tenho que esperar que chegue porque 99% dos meus produtos de maquilhagem eu comprei online (lol eu sei que sou estranha), por isso tento sempre o meu melhor para fazer com que o produto dure. Mas ultimamente tenho feito um esforço para utilizar os produtos até ao fim, e se tiver que os comprar outra vez, hei-de comprar yey!!. Consegues acreditar que nestes meses que se passaram eu já voltei a comprar um produto três vezes?

Some Makeup Products That Have A Special Meaning To Me

We all started different ways playing with makeup. I started with my mom's makeup, she had a little bag with some products that I used to love to play with when I was a kid - lipsticks were my favorite thing. Some years later when I was more grown up my mom bought me kids makeup, to me at the time it felt like I owned Chanel makeup or something ahaha! (Ofc has I was a kid I didn't know what Chanel was, but you understand what I'm trying to say). When I was a teenager I started to buy makeup by myself (always affordable products) with the money that I received on Christmas/Easter/birthday or money that my parents gave me. That's when things with makeup started to get serious to me. I still have some products from my teenage years that I saved because they have a special meaning to me (unfortunately I didn't kept anything from the time that I played with my mom's makeup), and I'm about to show you them and tell you the reasons why.

Nós todas começamos de diferentes maneiras a utilizar maquilhagem. Eu comecei com a maquilhagem da minha mãe, ela tinha uma bolsa pequena com alguns produtos que eu adorava brincar quando era criança - os batons eram o meu produto favorito. Alguns anos depois quando eu era mais crescida a minha mãe comprou-me maquilhagem para crianças, para mim naquele tempo parecia que eu tinha maquilhagem da Chanel ou coisa parecida ahaha! (Óbvio que quando eu era criança não sabia o que era a Chanel, mas percebeste o que é que eu estou a tentar dizer). Quando eu era adolescente comecei a comprar maquilhagem por minha conta (sempre produtos baratos) com o dinheiro que recebia no Natal/Páscoa/aniversário ou dinheiro que os meus pais me davam. Foi ai que as coisas com a maquilhagem começaram a ficar sérias para mim. Eu ainda tenho alguns produtos que utilizava na minha adolescência que guardei porque tem valor sentimental para mim (infelizmente não guardei nada da altura que brincava com a maquilhagem da minha mãe), e estou prestes a mostrar-te os produtos e dizer-te as razões porquê.

The Summer Makeup Edit For Oily Skin

Summer is finally here, and it's time to start wearing more light-weight and dewy foundations, bright lip colors, cream blushes, lots of bronzer and shining from the space highlighters! But for me, as I have oily skin, it's not that simple to achieve a glowy and natural look, as my skin produces so much oil and not every glowy product works well with my skin type. So today I'm sharing with you the products that I'm loving to wear this summer that are great for oily skin!

O verão chegou finalmente! Está na altura de começar a utilizar bases mais leves e luminosas, batons vibrantes, blushes cremosos, muuuito bronzeador e iluminadores pra cegar a inimiga!
